Delete your PokeTrade AI account

Delete it in the app

1. Open PokeTrade AI and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

If you subscribe to Premium or Pro, cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account as well: deleting your PokeTrade AI account does not stop the store from billing you.

Delete it from the web

If you can no longer use the app, send a request with our contact form (topic “Delete my account”) or email support@poketrade.ai from the address you sign in with. We confirm that the account is yours by email, then delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Everything linked to your account, immediately:

• your profile, username, avatar, settings and approximate location;
• your listings, lots and their photos, posts, comments, reviews, follows and blocks;
• your binders, collection, wishlist and scan history;
• your devices, push-notification tokens, chat keys and sign-in sessions;
• if you signed in with Apple, PokeTrade AI’s access at Apple is revoked.

What is kept, and for how long

• Messages you sent stay on the phones of the people you sent them to. Encrypted messages still waiting on our servers for a device are deleted within about 30 days. Encrypted messages of chats that are not yet on this newer system stay on our servers, still encrypted, for as long as the chat exists, and are no longer linked to your account.
• Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Stripe keep their own records of payments and identity checks.
• Reports other people made about your content are kept, without your account, to keep the platform safe. A one-way fingerprint of your email address is kept so the free trial cannot be claimed again.
• Server logs and backups that contain your data are overwritten within about 90 days.
