Is PokeTrade AI free?
Yes. Browsing, listing, trading, your collection binder, wishlist and encrypted chat are all free. An optional Premium subscription lifts your monthly AI-scan allowance for power sellers.
How do trades and sales work?
PokeTrade AI is local-first: you list a card for sale, for trade, or both, find a collector near you, and settle the deal in person. There is no shipping and no in-app payment — you meet and trade directly.
Is it safe? Do you show my exact address?
Never. Listings show only an approximate area, not your address. You agree the exact meetup spot in chat once you have a deal — and we recommend meeting in public places like a game store.
What is the AI scan-to-list?
Point your camera at a card and PokeTrade AI identifies the name, set, number and rarity for you, then pre-fills the listing. You confirm the details and add your own photos — listing a card takes seconds.
Are my messages private?
Yes. Chat is end-to-end encrypted — we only ever store encrypted text and never read your messages.
What is “Looking for”?
Mark the cards you are hunting for and they show on your profile, so other collectors can reach out when they have one. You also get notified the moment a card on your wishlist is listed near you.
Which cards and regions are supported?
The catalogue covers Pokémon TCG sets and variants. PokeTrade AI is rolling out city by city — if it is quiet in your area, invite a few local collectors to get the feed going.
